Please keep in mind when returning or exchanging an item:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email, or a copy of your return confirmation email.
We will provide the free shipping label in case we shipped the wrong or defective item.
For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
