SatMaximum's Fair Return Policy
We guarantee the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.

Return Conditions
Please keep in mind when returning or exchanging an item:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This may include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email, or a copy of your return confirmation email.
Shipping Returns
In the case of a wrong or defective item being received, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
