SatMaximum's Fair Return Policy
We guarantee the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, or for store credit within 90 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.

Return Conditions
Please keep in mind when returning or exchanging an item:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This may include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email, or a copy of your return confirmation email.
Shipping Returns
In the case of a wrong or defective item being received, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
