If you experience an issue with a product due to a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will review your request and help determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the product and the issue.
To request warranty assistance, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. This helps us review your claim quickly and accurately.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, or damage caused after delivery.
Items must have been purchased directly from SatMaximum. Proof of purchase may be required.
