We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.
Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In addition, these pairings of 100% Solid Bare Copper are insulated from one another, thereby separating all four pairs for extra stability and protection from crosstalk and interference.

Good news! Our SatMaximum CAT6A UTP Ethernet Cable is compatible with your CAT6 or CAT5E setup. No need to change any hardware!
