We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.
Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

These Black RJ45 Strain Relief Boots are small rubber end caps that slip over the modular plug at the end of an Ethernet cable. They sized to fit Cat5e and Cat6 twisted pair cables and standard RJ45 8P8C connectors.
The RJ45 Strain Relief Boots help extend the life of your Cat5E or Cat6 cable terminations by providing strain relief while protecting the Ethernet cable and RJ45 connector plug. The boot helps minimize cable bend radius that can cause reduced speed and data loss. It prevents connectors from breaking off the cable under pressure when there is movement or vibration on the cable. It also protects the latch clip from snagging or snapping off keeping it from disconnecting from the port.
The Strain Relief boots can be used on newly made Ethernet patch cables. Just install the boot onto the new cable before terminating connector ends, then slide boot over the modular plug when ready. These boots can also be reused after disassembling a cable.
