We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.
Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

This solid cable is constructed from copper clad aluminum (CCA) stranded wire wrapped in a sturdy PVC jacket. It has 4 Unshielded Twisted Pairs (UTP) able to withstand electrical interference and prevent signal loss. The unshielded twisted pair cables (UTP) offer high transmission speeds that make them suitable for most common indoor installation needs, both in-wall and in the ceiling.
Each solid CCA conductor is 24 AWG, offering reliable, high-quality signal transmission and providing high performance data communications up to 100Mhz even over long distances. This 500ft CAT5e UTP Bulk cable comes in easy to use pull box that allows easy, tangle-free cable pulling. The cable also includes a running foot-count (FT) to simplify pulls and installation.
