We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.
Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our SatMaximum 1000ft Black Cat6 Riser Cable is designed with today’s high-speed technologies in mind and meets the strictest fire safety test standards. Whether you are wiring your home, office or an entire building, this cable is the right network solution for you.
SatMaximum’s Black Cat6 Riser Cable features a jacket constructed of flame-retardant PVC. This protects the cable against the risk of fire hazards and is capable of withstanding higher temperatures in vertical rising spaces. It is approved by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and National Electric Code (NEC) for installation in non-plenum spaces. These non-plenum spaces can be within a riser or vertical cable pathway such as; inside the walls, between floors, or along the floor of the building.
This Cat6 Riser Cable is 23 AWG Solid CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) consisting of 4 twisted pairs (8 conductors) that help improve the speed of the cable. Its insulated jacket reduces crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. This cables high performance transmission can reach frequencies up to 550MHz and is ideal for Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, Broadband Video and PoE. It is suitable for 1 and 5 Gigabit speed up to 328 feet and 10 Gigabit speed up to 165ft depending on the where it is being installed.
The Cat6 Riser Cable comes in a sturdy pull-out box that ensures your cable is tangle and snag-free making for easier installations. This cable is also marked at each foot starting at 1000 feet with a sequential countdown which allows you to know how much cable you have left. It also comes with convenient Ripcord to easily strip the cable jacket and has a reinforced box opening that further protects the wire. Pair this cable with our Cat6 unshielded connectors to complete your installation and you will be well on your way to an up and running network system.
