We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.
Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our SatMaximum 1000ft White Cat6 Riser Cable is designed to provide high-speed network connectivity while meeting stringent fire safety standards. It is suitable for various applications, including wiring homes, offices, or entire buildings.
The cable features a flame-retardant PVC jacket that offers protection against fire hazards and can withstand higher temperatures in vertical rising spaces. It has been approved by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and National Electric Code (NEC) for installation in non-plenum spaces. These spaces include areas such as inside walls, between floors, or along the floor of a building.
The Cat6 Riser Cable is constructed with 23 AWG Solid CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) and consists of 4 twisted pairs (8 conductors), which enhance the cable's speed. The insulated jacket helps minimize crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, ensuring high-performance transmission. The cable supports frequencies up to 550MHz, making it suitable for Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, Broadband Video, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications. Its performance can handle 1 and 5 Gigabit speeds up to 328 feet and 10 Gigabit speeds up to 165 feet, depending on the installation location.
For convenient installation, the cable is supplied in a sturdy pull-out box that prevents tangling and snags. Each foot of the cable is marked, starting from 1000 feet, with a sequential countdown, enabling you to track the cable usage. It also includes a Ripcord for easy cable jacket stripping and features a reinforced box opening for added wire protection. Pairing this cable with Cat6 unshielded connectors will complete your installation and help establish a functional network system.
