We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.
Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SatMaximum's 500ft Black Cat6 Riser Cable boasts a flame-retardant PVC jacket, safeguarding it against fire risks and enabling it to withstand elevated temperatures in vertical installations. Accredited by both the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the National Electric Code (NEC), it is approved for use in non-plenum spaces. These spaces can encompass risers or vertical cable pathways within walls, between floors, and along the building's floor.
This cable is engineered with 100% solid bare copper conductors, ensuring high-performance data transmission at frequencies of up to 550MHz. It is ideally suited for various applications, including Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, Broadband Video, and Power over Ethernet (PoE++). It supports 1 and 5 Gigabit speeds up to 328 feet and 10 Gigabit speeds up to 165 feet, dependent on the installation environment.
Packaged in a robust pull-out box, this cable guarantees a hassle-free installation process, preventing tangles and snags. The cable is thoughtfully marked at each foot, starting from the 500-foot mark, with a sequential countdown, providing real-time visibility of the remaining cable length. Additionally, it includes a convenient Ripcord for effortless jacket stripping and features a reinforced box opening to enhance wire protection.
