We guarantee the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, or for store credit within 90 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This may include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email, or a copy of your return confirmation email.

Our crimp tool is compatible with any RJ45 Cat5e & Cat6 (Unshielded and Shielded) and any RJ12/11 connectors , except for AMP.
