Free Shipping Policy:
Currently, we offer free ground shipping on eligible orders shipped within the continental United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, or anywhere outside the continental United States are excluded from this offer.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.
Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The straightforward 1-piece design of our EZ CAT5 pass-through connector enables the wires to pass through and emerge at the front, facilitating easy verification of the wiring sequence. This configuration helps preserve the twists in each pair, allowing them to be drawn closer to the contacts compared to conventional connectors. This results in superior terminations and heightened performance. These connectors are compatible with both solid and stranded wire cables.
