We know you can’t wait to get what you ordered, so we guarantee to process all in-stock items within 1 business day and make every attempt to deliver your package within 2–5 business days after it ships from our warehouse. Any order placed before 2 PM, Monday through Friday, will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped out the next business day.

Our fulfillment centers are located in Deer Park, NY, and Las Vegas, NV. We are fast, efficient, and flexible. Most orders are prepared within a few business hours, and our shipping accuracy is over 99.98%. With our variety of shipping services and extended shipping hours, we can get you what you need, when you need it.

Free Shipping Policy:

Currently, we offer free ground shipping on eligible orders shipped within the continental United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, or anywhere outside the continental United States are excluded from this offer.

SatMaximum Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.

Returns must be approved by SatMaximum before the item is shipped back. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you received a wrong or defective item, SatMaximum will provide a free return shipping label.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
